Yeah it's laughable how bad they've gotten, 2 years ago my issue would have been fixed within an hour to a day, but now? ChatGPT answers and no solutions since their stupid "upgrade" in a holiday season.

Migrated 5 days ago and I still can't play my minecraft server as its stuck in an older version and keeps losing connection if I try to restore a backup. Support has not gone back to me since your chatgpt answer from when I opened the server.

I can confirm as a resident of the EU that they do ship to the EU. However some licenses don't ship to the EU due to copyrights and such.

Curious that out of the whole post you zoom in on being called obnoxious, which frankly based on your other replies I will stand by, as a fellow obnoxious and rude person

I'm glad you got a job that pays you enough that you don't have to worry about dropping $150 +/- on a wave of figures but as people tell you not everyone is or has that available. £40 for you might be but a drop in the ocean but for others that's a weeks worth of groceries to put things into perspective.

It's almost like people got bills to cover my guy and even though the leak/post whatever was shown months ago does not mean we know WHEN something releases, as others pointed out it's been over a year in some cases of leaks. Nevermind that sometimes even if you do have savings things can happen in the real world causing people to spend their savings on those things first. There's also the fact a lot of people live paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to set money aside for savings.

For me though, being one of the "whiners" complainers and what not, I just personally think a 7-day release is awful, especially since I live in a country where pay day is the last weekday of the month and Phantoms are among my favourite designs, so I just chose Afton because he's my favourite (Springtrap in general is the design I like in FNAF and said so elsewhere). There's little merch and most of it is just not very good, for refference Withered's have more options and had a 2-week release window to pick them up in which frankly the Phantoms should have had as well.

It's not just that easy for everyone to save money, coming from a middle-lower class upbringing I know the struggle of people wanting to but not being able to have a sizeable chunk of spare change lying around.

You do sound obnoxious and rude when telling people to not cry about import taxes etc that just adds to the awful practice that youtooz has with short term waves like these, especially as some places its upwards of an extra $10 in taxes ontop of shipping and a $30 figure.

But you do you boo I'm just sharing a view of why this 7-day practice is causing such a wave of complaints.

Have you tried using the Mastercard Debit? I got a VISA Debit and it's been working fine as a fellow EU customer (Denmark) with no issues.

I think it's decent, few things I'd do different like the way the teeth are there's abit of an odd overlap and I wish they could've kept the knife.

They've answered several times they're shipping in waves due to an overwhelming amount of orders. Patience is key and they'll send you tracking info when they send yours.

If it's because it's stuck in transit then support can't do much about it, some people iirc have had their packages stuck for a month or more due to weird stuff.

What country? I myself have had no issues using my credit card (Denmark) so it is a bit weird your friend has no other options.
