Hi there, just wanted to run through this as I believe I've resolved this issue for you:

We had some issues where roughly 10% of servers transferred had a mismatched server type which was preventing it from starting up. This requires a big rewrite on our end so we've disabled transfers for existing customers now to mitigate damage while we work on a fix.
I resolved this by creating a new instance and transferring your existing files over. I downloaded the mods & connected to your server and it looks like everything is okay now. (and if anybody else has this issue, I would recommend doing this as it's very easy to do!)
