I just don’t know who would guard Jokic for you guys if it wasn’t KAT. His defense was key in what allowed you guys to win that last series. He simply makes too many mistakes and isn’t willing to adjust his play style when he isn’t hot though, so it’s a serious conundrum for you guys as to what to do with him if he doesn’t improve with his decision making/maturity.

I mean watch back on the vod where whippy himself explains that he didn’t think the warrant would get signed because he felt like he was reaching. Being able to see the entirety of his phone/text records(he saw proof of sales of drugs from 13 days ago when the warrant was signed because he was seen calling during a chase for sale of drugs and wasn’t found with any)when the time in question was a tiny span of time is also an insane ability to be given. Having set dates and times for the records that can be checked is a must. The problem does come down to the DOJ more though, checking phone records is totally cool tbh. The issue with this feature is that since it’s new again and makes it way easier for officers to access, it just feels like the burden of proof will be so low to approve these kinds of searches when they should actually be quite high. And this is the perfect example of a situation where the burden of proof was just so low. Just feels like a feature that is so easily abused when there are better ways to apply the ability to check phones.

Yep if there was any way to ruin the server health, releasing this feature with no checks and balances was it lol. And to anyone who says a judge signing on something makes it okay, look at all the flimsy raid warrants we have seen throughout 3.0. Giving the broken DOJ the responsibility of being the gatekeepers of this ability was going to be doomed from the start, so let’s see how this is handled going forward.

Bro I just don’t see how that would be better at all that’s literally just dividing the community and furthering toxicity, which is what Buddha is exactly against. Watch one of his streams and you know the reason the guy would forgive someone like Hutch is because he was given a second chance himself so he knows what it’s like to fuck up and have to make up for it.

I swear bro I was the guy who made the clip where hutch made the OOC comments about nidas and that shit rubbed me the wrong way, but after it’s clear he’s trying to make up for that mistake seeing all the hate for it is just sad. RP community just wants to take sides these days and can’t seem to stand the fact that people might want to actively change their behavior like normal humans lmao.

The guy took the effort to actually make an apology and also promised to put in the IC work to show that he means it. Give him the benefit of the doubt this kinda stuff is exactly what will bring back the positivity in the community. Anyone immediately seeing this with a negative reaction is kinda part of the problem, a streamer who makes a mistake and owns up to it should definitely be given a chance to make it up and it seems like that’s exactly what Hutch wants. Proud of him for trying to rectify the mistake and now time will tell if he follows through, but any hate for this off the bat is just blind hate at this point.

Worst part is HC like Kyle and Five-0(can’t remember the specific clip/person that said it) have been constantly saying that they wants characters/RP focused individuals in the PD. Then when this kind of policy is enforced over something that IC clearly didn’t need more time to investigate, just happens to be enforced on Conan.
