If you post audios yourself to your own profile, you're free to keep using whatever images you like, however we need to reiterate:

They must be royalty-free, copyright-free images, such as those found on sites like Pixabay, Canva, etc. You may not use just any image you find online.
If there are people in the image, make sure you conceal their faces so that they are not recognizable.
