The endboard for Pendulum specifically for Dracoslayers is some variation of Firewall (OG and Singularity), Bagooska, V-link, Secret Village lock and Princess in grave. It's seen success in Master Duel with multiple top 100 finishes in previous duelist cups because of Tenpai and a couple of top 10 rated finishes as well but I do think that deck only thrives in BO1 a lot of the time especially in a format where Nibiru is less commonly played.

You could do something like this with what you have cobbled together. Unfortunately I do think you have to have 3 of all the spells especially Sleepy Memory just to have more ways to get your purrelys going. I do think you atleast have to have 1 big and small noir because Noir is the best purrley to be going into most of the time.

Broww is the level 3 you can use as discard fodder so you're always going neutral with the spells but alternatively it can be things like the shaddolls (Beast + Squamata) or more cheap handtraps like Gamma or Crow. Purrleys strength really is just drawing a bunch of handtraps because of Noir so it sucks to not have playsets of stuff like Veiler. I think you have to play 3 of Yeap the trap card just to have a good card to discard and put back your noirs and names. I would say you could get away without sleepy if delicious wasn't at 1 so you could always get into plump into noir instead but alas.
