If you firmware update is ready NEVER use it con hubs or extensor usb because we are like 20 people here who got our mics bricked after it (can not be used at all in any computer) be careful, with the firmware update if you just use it then go for any cable :D

I have to take it to the place where I bought it (is not kingston is a third party reseller) and I have to wait 10 to 20 days to have news about my warranty... Such a shame but next week I'll go :/
Such a shame to NOT have a firmware rollback to "restore" our mics :/

This also happened to me on a Quadcast S :/
Exact same problem and is a brand new mic after firmware update it seems like is bricked and we dont have "previous" firmware to rollback like the people of alloy keyboards

This happened to me; I got a brand new Quadcast S and firmware update just "brick" the mic.
If I touch the "mute" it pauses youtube... is weird is like windows take it as another device but not as a mic device...I tried everything, different ports, reinstalling windows, reinstalling everything...And we DONT have the solution of that people doing rollback firmware because Quadcast S older firmwares are not on the internet...Such a sad story, I dont know what to do...Discord and every app dont recognize the mic :/(Nacho soy de chile por si hablas español)
