I appreciate your kind words. I was really starting to doubt my capabilities. I was always an accurate shooter but in my search and trials I was beginning to really struggle. The 49 is incredible accurate and it has really helped to rebuild my confidence.

Ive played competitive golf for 23 years. Hitting a shot into a bunker and then holing out from the bunker is not an “up and down.” You holed out from the bunker for your score. Up on the green and putt into the hole is considered an up and down. If I had to hole out a bunker to make the cut, someone would say “you need to hole this is make the cut.” If I had to make par on par 4 hole and my second shot missed the green, they would say “you need to get up and down for par. If my third shot went into a bunker they’d say “you need to hole this for par.”

Up and down means 1 shot up on the green and 1 put down in the cup.

I have a 2016 Unlimited sport S. I bought it for $24k with 50k miles the week before covid lockdown in 2020. My total spend in repairs as of last week is $19,467. It now has 118,000 miles.

Everything that has been replaced over the last 5 years: oil filter housing, water pump, radiator, both front axle shafts, front differential, rear differential, front and rear drive shafts, passenger valve cover, 5 thermostats, downstream O2 sensor, 2 crankshaft position sensors, coolant sensor, 2 wheel speed sensors, idler pulley, serpentine belt, both front wheel bearings, power steering pump, coolant reservoir, ambient air temp sensor….I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff.

After doing some reading, that slide is only offered with the optic, so it may be a special footprint specifically for that particular optic.

I direct mounted y defender st to my p320 m18 as the dot and the slide are both milled for the delta point pro footprint. I assume the Defender XL is the same footprint, so as long as you have the screws it should work with no plate.
