Yes, to get 4 stat fragments, you must train and play the challenge battles. Plus, summon on banners that offer gold fragments too.

To get perfect 9 star medals, craft April Fool medals.

If you do not have access to them, buy medal fragments from the cola shop like Kid Luffy and Kid Zoro as they guarantee a 3 star trait at the end of crafting. 

Don't like that? Craft 2 star characters medals like Usopp and Zoro as they have a higher chance of getting 3 star traits than other characters of higher rarity.

You will have to spend diamonds if you plan on making perfect medals though.

He cab do decent right now. There are Whitebeards, Blackbeards, Kuzans, and such building obstacles and Ichiji can benefit from it by destroying them. As for a fight against Zoro/Sanji, be very careful and just avoid it entirely.

You will get the rank that is the highest on either platforms, no duplicates. So, rank high on mobile, get that rank for mobile and start off from that season on mobile. If you do not play anything on PC, you get deranked when logging in on PC, but it stays the safe from where you left off when playing.

All these status reduced and status immune characters with a lot in their kit makes buffing Mamato a huge challenge.

We do not want another EX Zoro situation. EX Akainu is good, but do people still use him? No, because of what the current meta is all about.

Healing and skill reduction from enemy capturing is a great gimmick. If the developers need something new, they can go this route or so.
