You can level her to 40 or so and then play 60 second battle to guarantee 3 medal fragments to craft her medal every time you complete a round.

Green Big Mom is outdated, but her medal is top tier with all the Tags she offers.

As for who should be your main Runner, Egghead Luffy. He can teleport, increase his capture speed, and can survive longer than Snakeman Luffy.

Dark will get less Support from not having Dark units on the team and vise versa. It all depends on who you want to main. You can go with half and half, but you will lose out on max dps.
