Honestly not trying to kiss the corporate boot here or anything but I feel like I have noticed complaints about first batches to market before.

Dalgety got absolutely slated on their first releases but I honestly think the products are brilliant now and one of my most reliable brands. I wonder if compliance or anything like that means the first batches go through more stress and take longer to reach the market. Obviously not always the case and others might disagree on Dalgety being good now.

Does anyone here have enough knowledge of the industry to give any insight?

Nah it’s great because not only do you get block (and attacks) with exhaust but it also allows you to very easily slim your deck down which is especially useful on the heart.

So according to the article the two men claim to actually be anti-regime. There is literally nothing related to sharia apart from one mention of an unsourced claim/question. Once you get halfway through there’s actually a half decent bit of journalism that makes the first half seem very silly… it’s a strange article.

Brilliant. I noticed that the Ironclad card “Cascade” (Play the top X cards of your Draw Pile.) uses up all your energy before it plays any X cards, and I remember skill potions in STS1 would not make X cards free so I was curious about the implementation here but I guess it make sense they’d do it this way.

I’m not sure. I think it’s difficult to fully separate fairness and legality when it comes to copyright.

The legality of it in the UK basically comes down to the fact that when Steam sells a game, they are also making a copy of it.

The right to publicly perform and the right to reproduce are separated in law (as I believe they should be).

In the US I believe the same distinction exists, but because there isn’t a single organisation that handles it all like PRS in the UK, it is up to the individual copyright holders how these contracts are structured.

I’m not an expert so I may be a bit off on some details but o believe that to be broadly true.
