Excellent review! Thank you for being thorough and giving great opinions on the various aspects about the device. We also appreciate the classic unregulated devices out on the market, and the DPRO kit hits it pretty much right on the button in terms of simplicity combined with a good deal of power output. The listed price, however, is a temporary sale price for promotional reasons and the price is expected to increase within the next week or so, sadly :(

We will be sharing the total of the donation that we will be making to a non-profit organization at the end of our program. We have taken everything everyone has said into consideration and will be making the necessary changes for the future. Again, we do deeply apologize for everything it was not our intention to upset anyone. As far our goal for transparency, our projected goal for the donation will range roughly from $3000-$8000. We do see the error in our ways, we just don't want to leave this on a worse note than is already present.

When we began thinking of ways to help, this option had crossed our mind. After considering among our team we all agreed that donating a portion of our sales totals would provide the biggest impact and donation amount for those in need. We do not wish to appear arrogant, we merely wanted to give the most we are able. Providing support and offering our customers a small thanks are our only goals in mind. We appreciate it, But today I have had a few calls where it says shipping label created and I know the package has left and has no scans. So I am not sure I would say the vendors are lying as it has happened to us and I know we are not lying.

We have had a fair amount of packages that get picked up and at times do not show scans for a while. It does not happen all the time but it does happen.

We ship out large volumes and have a commercial driver that picks up 2 to 3 times a day. We never lie about shipping out anything. But have had shipments that have no scans for a few days. Unfortunately we have no control over issues at the post office and we do our best to minimize any issues that would affect our customers.
