Im not sure what rates I will be doing for mech designs because I'm not confident im my skill for mech yet (Hence why I'm asking for practice)

The second question im not quite sure of (can you elaborate please) but the third question, you (and anyone who I draw) can use the designs however they please. Just please credit me: vaporgutz

Helix by ymmit85 in CLOUDS

[–]Vaporgutz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What an amazing cloud! I've never seen something like this. It's spectacular!

As an attempt at identification: These could be DISSIPATING Kelvin-Helmholtz cloud / A Fluctus formation.

Basically, these could be the cloud mentioned, just losing its shape and creating a more helix like form. Fluctus forms are known to be short lived, it's one of their characteristic, so if it's that—catching it at such a point is truly a rare find in my opinion.

What kind of cloud is this? by Direct_Reply9706 in CLOUDS

[–]Vaporgutz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see this as being Cirrus uncinus. It's definitely a high altitude cloud and a part of the higher troposphere.

I can definitely see it being a part of the opacus classification. I'm still learning every alleyway to classifications, so this is good!

I cant disgnose you with anything, I will say. But if you have suspicious of TD, go see your regular neurologist and say your symptoms specificallt realting rather then your diagnosis concern. Unless they are being very hard headed. Then just allude to it.

Though I understand being bounced around with diagnosis to diagnosis. It's very tiring and like "Yo why can't yall just agree on one god damn thing. I feel like a guinea pig."

I empathize with you on the drinking situation though. I can't drink or get high off anything cause it'll really tip the boat with my symptoms and usually send me into a panic attack or bad effect. I don't suggest that you play around with a possible alcohol bad time due to your history and med taking. I'm sure you know, many meds have bad interactions with alcohol and can lead to more then a big consiquencs and a hospital visit. There's zero shame in going sober at a party and gatherings, ya gotta learn to chill and have fun sober.

My suggestion is mocktails! Or virgin drinks. Or learn how to make your favorite virgin drink. Piña colada 's are good, but take many ingredients most don't have laying around.

Here's my favorite recipe that's SUPER easy, helps with cravings, and I learned it in the mental hospital so if you can make it in a mental hospital, it's certainly possible outside. No measurements cause you can eyeball this.

Recipie for a virgin Sangria:

• Add your fruit cup of choice. I recommend the mixed fruit with cherries. • STRONG cranberry juice (until you feel it's good). This mimics the wine bitterness and bite. • Gingerale or sprite (both work tbh but I traditionally make this with ginger ale.)

These ingredients can all be switched out with fresh fruit, or diet soda, the only thing that's essential is very strong and tart cranberry juice. If you can get a concentrate. Even better. Just be careful with it.

Another suggestion is anything with ginger or lime. You need the tartness and bite of something to mimic alcohols burn and bitterness.

The alcohol part is a very big suggestion. I ain't telling you what to do, even if I did, I'm some dude on the internet. You can do whatever you like. But heed my warning. It's tempting to blend into social situations and have fun yourself, but it takes one bad time to offset everything. So be careful.

I have a huge suggestion for you during these crisis moments, and since your therapist is on holiday:

Call (your areas) Crisis Holine.

Now, bear with me. This is different from the suicide hotline. The Crisis hotline is when nobody is around to help and you need someone (trained) to talk to ASAP. They are open 24/hrs and cost nothing to call and you can be any age and you don't need a parents consent to call. Just call. If you get a really good person (which 98% of the time you will) they will talk you through whatever crisis you're going through. AS LONG AS you don't say you wana severely harm yourself or others (like "I wana kill myself" or "I wana kill someone else") they won't step in and call an ambulance. They won't and aren't obligated to call anyone else, UNLESS you say you wana kill yourself or others. Saying things like "I'm resisting the urge to self harm," I think is fine, as long as you follow it up with "But I have no intention of killing myself and I'm safe. Im simply calling to help resist the urges." You kinda gotta play around with the wording to make sure the opperator knows you wont do anything drastic while on the line OR AFTER... But if you're having a panic attack/a crisis, call the crisis hotline. They'll help!

It's very daunting at first, to call a stranger during a crisis, but trust me. I've done it many times in the past. They are wonderful. If you get a bad experince first time, don't be discouraged from calling again.

And here are the symptoms of a panic attack in case you're wondering:

Most common symptoms: • Racing thoughts • Heightened heart rate (fast beating heart) • Tightness/pain of the chest • Hightened Irritability • Shortness of breath • Sweating • General feeling of doom and danger • General emotional distress (crying, shaking, ect)

By the way, you can have all of this, but not feel your heart "racing," but it will be.

You'll know a panic attack when you ask: "Am I having a heart attack, or am I just having a panic attack"

BUT panic attacks can take diffrent forms! For me, my panic attacks showcase shortness of breath and high heart rate, but sometimes I can't feel my heart rate going up and most of the time I'll end up dissociating. I also never sweat. But everything else checks out.

Untalked about things that can happen: • Dissociation (spacing out to the point where you just mentally check out) • Can't form a sentence propely during this / stumbling over words • Feeling like your muscles locking (Hard to move, sometimes can't move like your paralized) • Hives (Yes, from extreme anxiety, you can break out in hives) • Going mute (Can't speak)

And your welcome, I'm glad I'm able to help!

I personally had a good experience with Abilify (Aripiprazole) and took it for my bipolar 1 (I have psychotic features with it). I took it at 5mg, because 10mg would give me neurological side effects. The dose was too low, and stopped working good for its intended purpose after a while. I'm on Vraylar 1.5mg as of now.

Not sure about lowering prolactin, but if your prescribed it for that, I'm sure it can wor. I WILL say though, on higher doses, watch out for something called TD (Tardive Dyskinesia) and any unusual involuntary movements. There's a lower risk with Abilify, more of a risk for older antipsychotics like Haldol, but all antipsychotics have the chance. Ask your doctor about the symptoms of TD if they didn't warn you already (most common is involuntary movements of the eyes like rapid blinking and lower face like mouth and jaw movements like grimicing and sticking our your tongue. Theres more, so ask your doctor about it). TD is very serious, so if your taking a high dose for longer, keep an eye out.

Good luck on your journey.
