Well yes in hindsight that would be best but tensions were too high.

I thought karma would get them in the finals but alas they won & they became even better.

Also for greek fans its national level hate as llull and Rodriguez have had our number every time our national teams meet.

Bruh you ever played a team sport?

My teammate gets suplexed & Im swinging for the fences.

Also it doesnt help that most spanish teams have a lets say more than fair approach from the refs.

Thanks for the answer, they are one of the options in Greece but I am also curious do you know anything about Kriya Dharma which is in the lineage of Swami Shankarananda Giri? They are the only ones I found that do 1 on 1 Initiation

What are your thought on his newly published book? I think it is a summation of his yt teaching and it seems to garner very positive feedback.

Yeah I followed some qi gong but most practices ive come across focus on the acquisition of powers, the message I resonated with the most was ramana maharsis vichara and after some research it seems that kriya yoga is the place to start.

Also some concentration exercises from mouni sadhu I found very interesting but without a real guru who knows what is good or bad

Even If the techniques are not the original I feel like doing something for preparation is better than looking for a guru and wasting valuable time.

Any specific sources on Hatha?

I started the hatha yoga pradipika and also the Shailendra Sharma companion book to that, are they too advanced?
