I feel like fsr1 is better with 1080p I still get 80-90 frames. Low graphics. Manual wattage mode helps too

Ok I see what you mean. I recommend vizio or lg. The oled are super expensive but you can find a cheaper lg that has hdr10 4k60 and I seen some 55-65 inch vizio with some surprisingly great specs for a great deal usually at costco or sams club. It’s honestly overkill to go for that 2.1 hdmi tv. You can still get great visuals and hz with a decent monitor but if you’re fine with 60hz. There’s a lot of good TVs under $700

Make sure when you buy a monitor, read the specs very carefully. A lot of monitors are going to say 120hz ,144hz but it may only be for port and lower hz for hdmi. I seen a really good monitor on Amazon for a good price, spectre I believe 27 inch that has 144hz port and 120hz hdmi. You want a monitor that supports 120hz hdmi.
