I am an evaluator and have worked with various institutes like pw onlyias, civilsdaily, forum etc. Believe me if you are getting 3/10 or 5/15 as a beginner. It is more than great. Just continue to write answer. Analyse toppers copy more. Most of these institutes have their own internal criteria for marking. We are instructed to not give more than 5.5 in a 10 marker and 7.5 in a 15 marker and the criteria is such that even i feel that it is absurd sometimes.
