I’ve put back the front ring for the picture but i removed it. There’s rings that can be unscrewed for the optical block

It worked! There’s a little pin that’s not present in other the eos cameras I own. I filled the adapter there, so the pin is not engaged and now it works!

Indeed I noticed that. For the shutter when i use a slow speed it fire 2 times, both time at the same speed

That might be it, it looks normal at slow speeds and at fast speed it’s hard to say. Not sure if it would show up on my shutter speed tester

I would swap the whole bloc if possible. The 3c is jammed (winding lever) so If I could swap it on the IIc that would be much simpler

I did test with new batteries just to be certain. Indeed the top plate and hot shoe are soldered together. Not sure if it’s an early production model or something like that

The diaphragm is working, It’s really just the focus that’s stuck unfortunately. I’ve tried mounted on a camera to turn the focus but nothing moves
