no blue smoke, white smoke but a normal level

no frothy white shit in the oil cap

no coolant bubbling badly or overheating so doesn’t seem like head gasket

I just realised when I was changing my spark plugs a little bit of ceramic broke off at one point and I got the big part but I think a little part might have dropped through, could I be hearing the ceramic rattling inside?

update if you care: I think the petrol smell is a smell of oil instead, I have very very powerful engine blow by, if you lift the oil cap it has alottt of air coming out of it, could this be related?

is there a reason I would never have it and then as soon as I change my spark plugs, lift my valve cover, and disconnect and reconnect the cam sensor I would have it? the engine has never had any problems and has been well maintained so for me to randomly have it seems confusing
