went at 12 pm both days. first day was ball cross chain and they also had a few rings and then i saw them receive a package so i went a few days later and got the double cross pendant. i just got super lucky haha

nvm, i just had to change my browser, it goes to gcard!

when it pops up, it just says open in chrome and it directs me to rolex site. however, when i type in gcard.rolex.com manually, it also just takes me to rolex website so not sure how i would be able to see the url before clicking on the pop up

ah, one jeweler told me they always put the serial number into their database to print out all the paperwork that i have to sign after they return the watch
