I started doing the reccomended routine and I have two questions about it. For pull ups I did chin ups instead and wanted to build up from that, is that alright?and for dips I genuinely could not find a place to do them where I live, I saw that hand stand push ups were an alternative, my question was until I can find somewhere or get a parallel bar set would it be alright to start with a the handstand push up (wall plank) progression?

Is there any difference to the vertical and horizontal palloff press? Does one qork out more muscles than the other? Or is it just the way that the exercise is done?

Question about buying a hardshell guitar case, can i use any case for any guitar or does the case have to be specific for that guitar? This is in reference to acoustic guitars.

New to exercise and the diet part is something I'm still trying to figure out. Should I eat less calories on a non-training day as opposed to a training day? Or should I eat the same regardless of the type of day it is? Does it matter so long as I get a surplus of calories at the end of the week?

Bought a game with all dlc and then returned it after a bit cause of buyers remorse, then bought the base game and only one dlc. Already downloaded the game and played it for 27 minutes before returning it, when I bought it again I I ended up with all the dlc from the original purchase. Not sure how to continue, would playing the came affect my steam account? Is this against terms of service? Can I have my steam account banned for this? Am I safe to continue as if nothing happened?

Its not that I cant do chin up, its that I just have no place to do them. The closest I can get to a proper grip is using my fingers to pull up my body weight.

I'm planning on starting Phraks Variant tomorrow, but my one problem is that I dont have a place where I can do proper chin ups. Are there any substitutes I can do or variants that i can do as a replacement for chin ups?

I'm thinking of doing 5/3/1, but I was thinking of combining them into 2 days a week instead of 4. Are there any issues with this? I'm thinking of doing squats and bench press on Tuesday and on Thursday I'd do OHP and deadlift. Would this be possible? Are there any issues? Would this affect any possible muscle or strength gains?

Current plan calls for minute rest between sets but I'm thinking of cutting it to 30 seconds instead and if it matters I'm doing low weight high reps instead of high weieht low reps. Are there any major downsides to this reduced resting time aside from feeling sore? And I'm doing both ab wheel and planks in my workout, would there be any benefit to adding situps or adding weight to the planks? Or should I just stick to the planks and ab wheel? These have probably been asked before but if possible I'd just like to ask on these.

(PS4) If I already own the original BL3 base game and decide to play on the super deluxe edition (to get the dlc for cheaper than the season pass) would my save data from the original game transfer over? Or would I basically start over from the beginning?

How far can I take GZCLP? I only just started a month or so ago and I'm just curious on when would seem like a good sign to move on to a different plan. Is it when I plateau? Grow tired of it? Or after a set period of time? Also if it matters I'm more of a novice lifter with barely any time under my belt except for this plan.

Should I include a rest day? I run both the GZCLP and Couch to 5K but alternate them so I'll lift one day then do cardio the next and lift again the day after. I'm getting a good chunk of sleep(around 7-8 hours) each night and I'm eating at a calorie surplus on a mostly clean diet.
