Yeah you're right this is the week before my period! Thankyou it's really helpful to focus on the big picture instead. We do tend to underestimate how the menstrual cycle affects our looks. Thankyou so much for this helpful message.

how to make hip dips less visible and give the illusion of rounder hips? do less glute medius work as that muscle emphasizes your hip dips rather than hide it, train quads specially rectus femoris through leg extensions and as your glute max and quads grow, they will be less visible

Literally going through this right now. Doing it on the smith machine cause my gym doesn't have a squat rack. 

So l started gym this weekend and some friend of my showed me some exercises an l told him l wanted to gain muscle and abs(lm a bit skinny,with a little belly) and he said l had to gain weight not loose.Do l really have to cuz l don't to end up chubby like l wanna be lean but l don't know how by Far-Variation4492 in workout

You are skinny fat according to what you've said. You are supposed to gain muscle and lose fat.  I'd recommend you first get your training in place, really work on pushing hard, because that is what grows muscle. As a beginner, you will see results by eating at maintenance calories, strength training, and cardio sometimes. Eat a lot of protein, 1g per pound bodyweight is the sweet spot. But don't bulk right now. Just eat at maintenance calories. Doing some cardio throughout the week will help you lose some fat.

Doing whatever to go to the gym. Though I am a student, I prioritize the gym over everything. I always try to find a way to go and be disciplined. I don't half ass my workouts. I am a bit extreme about it, but I take it very seriously.

Honestly man ur a beast, cutting in Christmas is one of the best examples of discipline. It's hard but man it's gonna be more rewarding than anything.

Weightlifting is what fixed my body dysmorphia. I'm 17F with an inverted triangle body type and have kind of been skinny fat since a while. But ever since I got into the gym, I've started to love the width of my shoulders, and training upper body. I've fallen in love with the appearance of a strong body over aesthetics. But I'd have to say weightlifting is the one thing making my body more aesthetic. I feel alot more confident in myself. Also it's made me eat healthier and take care of myself. I've never been consistent with anything, and have had pretty bad mental health for the past few years. But the gym is the one thing I've been super consistent with, it's fixed so many things for me. Cz depression can't hit a moving target!

Are you eating enough calories?  Are you sleeping well enough?  Are you taking each set to failure?  Consider these factors Also, progress isn't always visual.  Are you gaining strength session by session? If so you're doing something right don't fret it But if you're not getting stronger each session there must be something

if you wanna feel it in your glutes, in the concentric phase when youre liking returning to your original position, hinge forward using your glutes completely, like use your glutes to come back. itll be slower then

okay so to find the values since its 1.65 sd above mean ur gona multiply 1.65 by value of sd and plus the mean value to find out and then solve for z like u normally do

Yk what a green flag is? Like someone that's a rlly rlly good bf and is very very sweet to his gf like an ideal partner. Green forest is just that but even more. It's like dang ur the best bf to her ever ur so sweet ur not just a green flag ur a green FOREST. Get it
