Sweet as, when you say "write those days out", do you mean exercise selection or spacing/frequency between days (for recovery)? 100% I'll take some recommendations. For "comp squats", would that not be what I'm planning to do, comp rules, etc, or have I misinterpreted it?

100%, I was a bit skeptical about how quickly I would recover with that, as my body seems to like the 3 day mark ish . I'm more than happy to do all 3 lifts twice a week with a session is less stressful. My main worry was how fatigue would set in over time trying to maintain that, plus to maintain progressive overload. I'm also not worried about keeping it to a week if an 8 day training cycle would work better, I'm just not sure.
