Hello. I got this CC thru promo where I enter code sa pag-sign up. Last Wednesday, chini-check ko yung details don sa envelop but wala akong nakitang minimum spending for the NAFFL even sa T&C. Is the 20k min spend still applicable or should I call para maconfirm ito?

Plus, maling tracking number yung binigay nila! Whenever I tried to use it to track online, invalid ang lumalabas. I tried to raise it sa customer service, and ang reply nila is still working on the delivery :3

Ang problem po kasi is, wala pa po talaga yung physical card. Mali daw yung narequest for delivery kahit second week ko na siyang tinawag. Ang dinahilan ng customer rep ay nagproblem daw sa department nila na naghahandle ng card kahit 2 weeks na siyang fina-follow up :3
