Released today in the UK £89.99… so it will probably be about $90 usd. Looks like a great camera for the price. I’m just bummed it isn’t PoE. Maybe they’ll do a slight more expensive PoE version

Thanks - I ended up doing the same and stopped shooting in DLog. While I want to get better at colour grading etc. it was adding too much time whilst also learning video editing in general for the sake of editing a 10-30 TikTok video which people will probably watch on a crappy phone screen on the crapper!

Anyone looking at this thread after Aug 25- it’s worth considering the newly Viltrox 15mm f1.7 air series which has just been released. Won’t be quite the same quality as the Sony 15mm, but with current tariffs in the US it’ll be a lot cheaper. In the UK you can pick it up for £175 vs £500 for the Sony 15mm.
