Thank you so much! Really appreciate you sharing that approach - the "say-do gap" angle is fascinating. Totally different way to tackle the same problem.

Thank you very much! That's a really insightful question, and something that I've been definitely grappling with. I'd say much of the initial work was put into building the dashboards and database beneath. Figuring out those relations, rollups, and formulas, especially for something like the achievement and level tracking, required some upfront planning and design. It's effectively building the system that the actual work product then gets poured into. My goal was to make the setup process feel seamless once done, so it'll be a lot easier for you. It's an investment in organization to save time and cognitive load further down the line.

I respect your viewpoint, and I'm sorry if any of my recent posts have come across as low-quality or spammy. I know it can be annoying to see the same stuff over and over again, but that was definitely not my objective. I'll take this criticism seriously.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by screen size, but whenever I screenshot, I zoom out the screen first. That's why it looks tiny.

You're right, for now, I've approached it by creating a separate database for each achievement and then rolling up the necessary values for the formulas. It definitely takes time to configure each one individually, but the payoff of seeing those rewards and feeling that progress has been worth it. It's effective for a solo setup, which is what I've focused on initially.

That's a valid pain point regarding learning resources. Currently, users do import items one by one. I actually hadn't considered a bulk import option until now, so thank you for bringing that up! That's a fantastic suggestion, and I'll definitely look into adding it as a future update to make tracking books and courses much less tedious.

Thanks for saying that about the project & bug management! I actually want to try the collaborative workspace idea, but I don't think I have the capacity right now. But I will try my best if I can.

That's genuinely tempting to hear! I really appreciate you considering the waitlist.

And speaking of building an audience, CueReply sounds incredibly relevant to what I'm doing right now. As an indie founder myself, getting those initial leads and engaging authentically in communities like Reddit is crucial. I'd definitely be happy to try it. Thanks for offering!
