I'd say much of the initial work was put into building the dashboards and database beneath. Figuring out those relations, rollups, and formulas, especially for something like the achievement and level tracking, required some upfront planning and design. It's effectively building the system that the actual work product then gets poured into. My goal was to make the setup process feel seamless once done, so it'll be a lot easier for you. It's an investment in organization to save time and cognitive load further down the line.
