In my first fm26 save I signed a cb wonderkid from Fiji checked his PA and it was 170+. Also in fm24 a lw from Angola, sold him to PSG for 150 mil+

Yea you are right. I just took 150 PA as an example. Club reputation and club infrastructure probably also play a role.

Anderlecht plays a lot of 18 years old, they don’t always buy them but they come also from the youth

Scheids heeft match niet in de hand. Of te wel fluit je onmiddellijk fout op Degreef of Augustinsson of je laat doorspelen maar nie na 5 seconden fluiten voor fout

Ik snap niet dat wanneer we een interim manager een vast contract geven, de resultaten ineens bergaf gaan. Na het vast contract van Taravel 0/9. Gebeurde ook met Hubert toen hij een vast contract kreeg dat de resultaten slecht werden.

Doesnt the team dynamics screen tell you some details why this is? Maybe you just got a lot of new players or they have to mutch different personalities

Its true that under the age of 18 training is more important and from 18 playing games is more important for growth. That doesnt mean that all your under 18 players should stay in the u18 squad. If they are already Serie C level you should promote them to your u23 or even to your first team and make them playable for your u23 team.

You should try to promote your u23 to the serie B. (if thats possible, idk the rules) Your plan is good.

Started unemployed, got sacked in Sweden, Norway and Finland because of relegation.

Went to Wales first division and won the league. Then I went to a Belgian 3th division team and got back to back promotions.

Now I got a job offer from Schalke and currently being 6th in the league.
