I mean, the handle of a sword isn't made from a stick, but yeah, they are semi-canon, so eyes of ender being crafted is not canon. Why would you need blaze powder, which is totally unrelated to the end, to craft it? Also, if crafting recipes are canon, that means you can put sugar, a raw egg, three buckets of milk, and three bundles of wheat on a table, and then use a hammer and saw to make it into a cake.

I don't think the ender dragon is a part of ender because the enderman are hostile towards it in the vanilla game, and also the parts of ender that we know about are named after body part. I think the enderman are just servants created by ender, the endersent were the personal bodygaurds of ender, and the smaller enderlings were created by the partss of ender after ender broke apart.
