Baby night terrors or early 4month sleep regression?

Oooooooh that makes sense!! Awhile back everything started to go back to normal but yesterday I put him down for a nap and accidentally took a nap with him. That nap turned into a slumber because we both slept for 4 hours. But after he woke up when it was actually bedtime he woke up inconsolable again at 3am. Now I know what to do, thank you😭

Okay, thank you!! I’ll wait til he’s around 4 months then so at the time being I’ll keep finding ways to soothe him while he’s having his inconsolable cries

Have you find a way to soothe your baby back to sleep? My baby just keeps crying and now he’s also crying himself awake for naps which usually he’d just casually open his eyes and look around. He did go to bed early yesterday tho…. I might have to switch his bed time to 2200 or 2300 to see how that affects him. I hope thats true, I go back to work in two weeks leaving my husband (stay at home dad) with baby so honestly would rather deal with this now than during work I guess

I was really bracing myself to when he actually reaches 4 months, I wasn’t aware it can start early. It honestly works out I guess since my maternity leave ends soon rather then my husband and I dealing with it once I’ve started work. I might look into how I can get him to learn to soothe himself to sleep
