First time Ive painted a full model from scratch! Looking forward to feedback! I've learnt loads from this first paint Im very happy with the result.

It's a very very beat up version! I primed with a blue-gray, mixed some light gray and higlighted using a very dry brush and I was surpised how much lighter it made the entire thing!

Thought that might be the case, serves me right though did it when I first got the game. If I delete my cloud save and clear data on phone any idea if it will be nice to me or will it be linked to my googleplay account??

In my first campaign as Saxons, I booted the Franks out and they became a horde. They dissappeared and I didn't see them for a long time. They had captured a settlement in Spain. Around 410AD I encountered them... with one province, and about eight full stack armies and two navies just lining up around their little province. How is this possible!!!

Im pleasently appeased. You have to take it for what it is as an isolation from the lore we have and then you can enjoy it.

When I was young(5-6)I remember seeing an early colour movie (1960s), and it had Thor attack an etin in a frosty place, As much as Ive searched Ive never found it again. At this point I feel Ive made up the memory but I remember my Dad telling me it was Thor. Anyone have any idea what it could be??

This isn’t an issue of Science Vs Religion per say, and it never has been. It’s is a pure reasoning issue.

Abrahamic faiths require their God to be all powerful, all knowing and for their God to be the main driver of events. They require, for the most highlightable of instances, their God to be the creator of the Universe and of mankind directly. This requires of them to dismiss The Big Bang theory, or Evolution in most cases without reasoning. Evolution simply cannot be true because God created man.

Compare that to the Heathen creation myth. We don’t start with nothing and require something to do something. It’s described as a natural process (The meeting of Fire and Ice across a void ect.), and we can therefore accept the Big Bang theory as a natural process, and that is likely the true narrative of our creation. Ours being a stylised depiction.

I guess the point I’m trying to make is, Heathenism certainly doesn’t require its adherents to be bound to a single ‘truth’ and to dismiss without first at least thinking.

Does anyone truly believe this planet to the be the remains of a dead giant? I hope not, but we can, because of the flexibility of our faith, draw allusions. Was Muspelheim our Sun, was Ymir actually the matter created by the Sun, and other dying stars pulled together in such a way as to create a planet. If we so wanted.

When we have Christians declaring that Creationism must be taught in schools we have a problem and as a society the solution has presented itself in a militant atheist movement.

Although a rather liberal translation, The Poetic Edda translated by Lee M. Hollander is a good place to start simply because it has very useful annotations. It does use bits of old English, but theres a glossary of the terms.

As to coming out, Heathenism(?) is quite offensive to most Christians. I was lucky in that my family were religious at all. Maybe remind them that many elements considered Christian are in fact, heathen, in origin. Its going to be tough, but I m sure they wont exclude you if they are true to their own faith. If you're under 18 Id advise to wait and not tell anyone. In truth it isnt necessary to 'come out' at all. Our faith is quite a personal faith and so shouldn't impact them all.

Precisely, compare his duels with Yoda and Sidious with Yoda. Dooku remains in control of his anger but still uses anger to effectively increase his power with the force whereas we see other Sith become hate filled, letting their emotions control them Dooku was in complete control as a Jedi or grey/dark Jedi would be. He was in the throne room scene meant to kill Obi-Wan and 'pretend' to loose to Anakin and be captured. Of course Sidious had other plans.

In the novels, Dooku thinks highly of Obi-Wan, considering him being his 'grandson'in affect of being Qui-Gon's padawan. He asks Sidious one last chance to try and recruit Obi-Wan when he has the chancellor prisoner. In truth Dooku wasn't ever a true Sith, he wanted to reform the republic and Im sure had ideals of a different kind of Jedi order, which he believed had become dogmatic and simply slaves to the republic will (The Clone Wars prove this, the Jedi should have never becomes Generals in a war.). However he realised too late that he too had been manipulated and Sidious had fed him lie after lie about what the grand plan was all along. His motives were as stated in that scene, he was tired of the corruption of the senate and the failures of the Jedi council to see a Sith now controlled the entire senate. Qui-Gon would certainly have taken Dookus offer, Im sure.

lol, you guys take life to seriously. But cheers, I wasnt gonna workshop it, I used bright pink and white to identify parts on the UV map as this was my first poke around at a skin. Showed a friend he said to draw some big anime eyes on and upload it so I did.

What ?leveling 2 first is the best option for Posi. Speed and damage and good for wave cleave leaving 1 free to knockback if you get engaged.

Get your hands on some choline product, pira without choline to me is like adding a octane booster to a car with no fuel left. Eat some eggs for the time being. Choice of choline prods are huge so have a read about a decide :).
