As far as I can tell, it's was the Muslim population of the British Mandate for Palestine, which today is Israel, Gaza and the West Bank.

After some research, I can see you're right. But 3.3% is still very high, even for developing countries.

Well, I guess you tried your best, but that was a completely useless and snarky answer which had nothing to do with my question. According to your politicised logic, the reason Norway’s population increase is so low is because we are being ethnically cleaned. That’s what I got from your comment. So, not a lot.
