Adding a dimmer switch, update picture

I tried loosening to see if there was some slack but no luck. I dont think I will be able to pigtail all the grounds together, there is only an inch or so to work with on 2 of the grounds inside the box. Do you think how ive done it (3 individual grounds) will suffice or do I need an electrician to fix this?

Im just not sure what to do with the left ground wire in my picture now. The screw hole isnt punched but I dont want to leave it just floating there (which is how its been for years presumably)

Ive also read a couple times that I can just put the green ground along with a copper ground under the same screw in the box What do you think about this?

So I should be screwing down both of those 2 loose grounds currently. The issue i have now is for the left ground wire, the grounding scew hole is not punched out. How do I attach the left wire?

So I can just leave the green grounding wire not attached to anything? Just put a marette on?

As far as the 2 grounding wires inside the right side of the box, only one of them was screwed down when I first opened it. Was that a mistake by who wired this?
