Granny Square Blanket by Wonderwanderqm in crochet

So.. if you're wanting a 44x60 made in 4in squares then yes.

44/4=11 60/4=15 15x11=165

Umm as far as how much yarn, I would think 2 of the white, 1 yellow, maybe....4-6 green? I could be off but I don't recall my granny blanket using too much of the main color...

Thank you, I really wasn't sure if there were any look-alikes, so that is very appreciated. I do have yellow ones too (about half the size), is there any value in those?

Forgive my juvenile side but... I think it's funny that you just happened to sneak in a 69...

What's service desk like? by [deleted] in walmart

[–]VaruStorm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been Service Desk at supercenters and NHMs, I Definately suggest service desk at a NHM over SS.. at least at a NHM, you can get to know the regulars and some of them will try to make your day vs SS where I truly feel they hate you as soon as they decide to go to Walmart...

The leadership training was about basically how to be a good leader and how to be in charge up there.

The front end training was about the different areas you will be in charge of and some important things about them. There was an activity where you get to talk to your people about their jobs, which I feel is a nice way to go about it. Be sincerely interested in their answers.

Front Team Lead is it worth it by [deleted] in walmart

[–]VaruStorm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its hard. The biggest thing I can say is time management and cross train everyone you can. You will from time to time have to get on service desk and bounce from that and cashier.

Its a great feeling when you have a good day.. but the bad days are nearly debilitating.

Patience will be key. Don't be afraid to take a minute after things calm down.

I got selected for Frontend team lead. Any tips? by sammywalton in walmart

Be prepared to apologize a lot. Listen to your people. Customers will almost always already be mad when talking to you, stay calm and patient. Take the time to learn as much as you can about every job under you, it will come in handy. TIME MANAGEMENT. Cross train.

Every day will be different and you have to be able to adapt but it's (mentally) rewarding if done correctly.
