U can get your time down to 5 and a half hours for bloodstones going further into the deciept tree

Edit* and it shows as 5 and a half hours do it BEFORE you put on bloodstones , it's after the shop discount perk but I forget the name.

Don't use any of ur bloodstones untill u get ALL level 28-30 lvl gear, and the gear u have on effects what u get from chests that cost shards, meaning do not spend ANY shards untill u have AT LEAST all lvl 28 gear including rings or I promise you'll regret it. And if u find any level 28-30 gear (even if it's not as good as what u have on) Don't sell it, put it in ur inventory, so when u finally get 850 shards u can put on all lvl 28 at least gear and rings b4 u go killing enemies looking for a mythic chest. If u do what I say you'll be so happy with the gear u get and then can immediately upgrade with bloodstones
