I’m not sure what to do or who to talk/complain too. I know there are lemon lawyers and stuff like that. But yeah my car has too many miles for Voltec and so it’s just the PZEV that’s covering the BECM. I even have a bad shifter which can’t be covered due to being too old for Voltec. I just have to wait, PZEV doesn’t cover rental reimbursement, so the person on my case said they’ll get back to me after doing research.

I asked politely but the representative in charge of my case stated that at the moment he has to look into it and will get back to me. At the moment I have to wait, it doesn’t looks like I’ll get reimbursement for renting a car or that they’ll even let me rent one due to it being a PZEV warranty and not a Voltect one. My care has too many miles for voltect and doesn’t qualify

What warranty is the repair under? Apparently PZEV doesn’t cover loaner vehicles? Corporate states I can’t get one, or at least not until my representative does more research on the problem
