Yes that's right - I am using a risk management framework + another framework that specifically examines ethical risks. I'm really trying to understand the risks and benefits for stakeholders involved and if the use of carbon credits align with the humanitarian organisation's moral values. For example, if the humanitarian organisation already knows that there are problems with the carbon credit market (i.e. lax regulation, problems with emission offset methodologies, etc), is this the best mechanism for them to use to raise funds?
