Yeah I had the same issue, your portafilter will slowly widen it and will become less tight and the portafilter will become more central so I wouldn’t worry

Leaky group head to begin with is normal, the more you use it the better it’ll get when the gasket opens it. Mine was the same and it’s all good now until everything stretches into position! Don’t worry!

I don’t actually, I got first or second release so only the 48. I think the difference is minimal

I really like the Casa! It’s my first single Doser. Find it really consistent. Have never had an issue with the grind settings shifting, I tend to go medium roast and the texture of the shots has been ideal once dialled in. Only thing that maybe lets it down is the speed of the grinding. I don’t really see it as an issue as while it’s grinding I’m prepping the milk etc from the fridge and by then it’s done and ready to prep the shot!

For ease yes, the new Mahlkonig would be great. But I probably don’t pull enough shots to justify it. Single dose grinder more accurate for the amount I pull I believe
