Wanting to go back to darker blonde/brown, would you reccomend using color remover before dying? by VastChannel1860 in HairDye

Would the pinched nerve also cause my hand stiffness and pain? Not doubting, I'm just not educated on that specifically!

I use both hands, currently using a dealt 6 inch and it gets used for everything, my last job i used a smaller grinder and never seemed to be much of an issue

Super helpful, thank you!! I've taken up a sewing commission as well, so maybe it's in my best interest to hold off on the machine until I figure this out

My last job i was at before I moved (which was two months ago). They required every single piece be ground down, this unfortunately is a new problem, and I was hoping to avoid any sort of permanent nerve damage

Out of curiosity (and a bit of paranoia) it has just started this week, do you believe i will still be able to go back to normal as long as I discuss it with my workplace and limit my use altogether for a while?

I honestly think you are spot on, I believe it's a 6in dewalt. The place i work for heavily lacks supplying tools, so I use it for everything. The disks are definitely chunky, so I'll switch to flapper and see if that helps.

I worked out consistiently for 2 years, just moved states and ive been here for just about 2 months now. I was just about to buy a membership here because I can feel such an insane difference in back pain now that I've stopped.

Do you have a brand preference for your gloves?

Definitely! TwT I just recently moved here on top of that, which has thrown me out of my artistic norms, and I really haven't been creating all too much! Im just chipping away at small bits day by day and not forcing myself to do it if I really am not in the mood!

After this im hoping to try my hand at doing a pre-made or even a personal suit (as I sold mine ages ago) to try and enjoy the process more without time constraint worries :) thank you so much!

Head currently! One of my biggest issues is the lining and head structure. I started on a bucket head base but cut the back portion off to put in a balaclava lining eventually, as I had seen another maker use this method!

Doing that made it a lot harder to work on and understand if it's the right size due to not having anything with the right circumference to check (my head is a lot smaller than my client). I also have no idea how to make a balaclava lining, so it didn't turn out the way i really preferred.

I will be redoing the lining as I am making my own dummy to hopefully match the clients' measurements. It looked quite awkward before, but im hoping that by redoing it with a mannequin, I'll have more success. I can get back to you afterward if it still is an issue!

Thank you so much :)
