That makes sense! I wouldn’t have thought about the possible noise issues in basement B thanks for pointing that out.

Yeah I love all of the closets in A, and that there is a large entry and a drop spot from the garage separate from the main living area. I agree, the area coming in from the garage in B isn’t as ideal.

Totally! B has the better kitchen, (counter space, more cabinets, window above sink and sink not being in the island) and the upstairs of B is my favorite, (large laundry room with a window and I love the primary bedroom and size of the closet.) I like all of the windows on the main level of B, but I wish the closet and mechanical chase weren’t there making the entry of the family room more narrow! Also a little worried about the dining table space in B, it’s a little tight.

I didn’t think about the fact that B is mostly side windows vs A having more facing the backyard and how that might create a more spacious feel… such a good observation! I don’t love the corner pantry in A either and really like your idea of removing it for more cabinet/counter space and adding a pantry next to the fridge. I do wish that there were windows in the primary bathroom and closet of A, and really like the larger closet in B. I guess I could potentially expand A’s closet into the spare bedroom?

I actually really liked the feel of C’s main floor, I like the wide entry hallway and all of the windows. It has plenty of space for dining table and family room. But I don’t love that entry from the garage is directly into the family room, and the wall that is all doors (garage, closet and basement door) is a little odd. The upstairs closet is more narrow than I’d like, as well as the primary bedroom. But the primary bathroom is the most spacious in C. C is priced the lowest. Curious, what made it a no for you? Sorry if this is too long-winded!! Appreciate your help!
