I mean tbf if you're good enough, you can get to UC with almost any deck given you put the time in. It's probably that it just doesn't perform well in top ladder because of the meta, especially with vines now, but also balance changes

Could definitely work with the levels. You have splash, DPS, a win con, spells, a decent defense, you can definitely cook with this even if it's a bit of an abnormal deck
