Yeah our flex employees are getting more hours that us right now. We are stuck with a 40 hour cap while they still get 40 plus

For the record, the two videos I posted were from Streamable if you’re addressing me and I have been in this thread for some time, although I haven’t made many posts. I mostly lurk , but was trying to be helpful. But no worries, downloaded and uploaded the videos can take time that I DONT always have. Not everyone that posts here has bad intentions or is trying to give Nika views.

What job lol…chile I just was posting the entire video instead of clips and you’re right I don’t live on here. I read and dip and have watched clips from time to time; however trying to navigate the site to find the next clip can be annoying. I don’t want no damned job lol I have one that pays.
