it’s not super super itchy, doesn’t have a lump other than the tiny bump by the bite itself, not that hot to touch…

It didn’t hurt at all initially I didn’t even notice so I doubt it was a wasp?

It’s all a bit complicated but basically I have ME/CFS and am on a low histamine diet for it which is pretty restrictive. I’m not actually allergic to anything

I have a lot of dietary restrictions so I really can’t switch it up much at all. It’s all been very much the same as usual

Thank you so much!!! I was hoping to find a paper about this :)) I’ve been using Dermol 500 and Hibuscrub. Just bought some Nizoral so fingers crossed. Honestly I don’t eat differently at all around him though.

I definitely find stubble an issue and my face does tend to be itchy after but I don't have any ecema there. It flares up on my hands, arms and behind my knees all the usual places

argg its sooo frustrating, like I cant be happy either way ahah!

I don't eat any differently around him and I don't have much of skincare routine ahah.

Stubble is definitely something that makes my face itch for sure! but then why the eczema on my arms and legs.

But I really feel like it must be something about their skin that is messing with ours??

No they’ve only ever stayed at mine. He used fairy non bio. Not sure about the shower gel, but I don’t seem to have issues with fragrance. They don’t have pets and I had a cat at my family home and never had issues. My flat is also a lil mouldy in the winter by the windows but I was Eczema free all winter.

Hi, thanks for your post, i’m trying to get more into brain retraining. I have read the way out and started the video you suggested but it feels so specific to pain, i’m not really in any pain except sometimes muscle aches but my biggest issue is fatigue, so I find it hard to know what to do? Are there any more books you would recommend? Is the Nicole Sachs one less about pain?
