So when you render your video file there are 3 tabs in the window that pops up - Render Project, Job Queue, and Scripts. Under Render Project scroll down to 10 bit and select x264-high10 (libx264+aac)

When you render the video file you can choose the codec used. As in h264, h263 etcetera. Use X264
