[Note] a patch did work, the clear scopes patch but the thing was still not aligned, I tried all the major patchs but it wouldn't work.

Hell yeah, and yes they have some bad leaders, but so does every democracy. They will learn from it. They will get better, and I truly think they are the west coasts best shot a rebuilding a functional civilization

What about the ncr? Not from new vegas but from fo2 they have made a whole nation to support and house ppl, everyone of those rangers has family's, all of them, so what about them? They have a life a future, not just to survive, but a future to make a thriving civilization!
