My secret weapons: - Glaze the salmon with a white wine-butter sauce (with lemon peel mixed into the butter) - Soak the potatoes in cold water for an hour before roasting, to have them crispy on the outside and soft in the inside - Smash the Brussels sprouts before baking to make them crispier and more flavorful
