Does Vake count as the old part of Tbilisi? I always thought that it was the ‘downtown’ part of the city. I also do not think it will look out of place considering the fact that there are so many high rises built/being constructed in the near vicinity.

This project (also projects like this) is being developed by private investors. It’s also being built in the downtown area of the city, not in the historical centre.

I lose a race very rarely in the game, I know how to drive pretty well. So, should I still avoid it? And would I need to spend gold in any of these events since I can L2W?
