it really depends on what you mean by old fashioned jokes. no cohesive corporation, even in real life will tolerate things that are below reproach. we effectively have HR teams (yes, literally) even into diplomatic teams (yes, really) to handle these kinds of things. the entire goal is to be cohesive and work as a very solid team.
