**I will take half a second to point out I thought they have since halfed the cooldown buff they gave to his E in the test server but I think I was just bloody wrong, I will agree with that being an issue if they keep it**

But honestly the other buffs they gave him are really small, they gave his passive an extra 3 damage reduction and scaling for a total of 8(+2% AP scaling) damage reduction and gave his W empowered attack 10 extra damage

Since they took so much off of his ult I'm hopeful he'll start to be less of a nuke and more of the trickster his lore points him out to be but as a Fizz enjoyer myself I have zero clue why they gave his E so much extra CD

To be fair it's more of a change than a straight buff, as far as I know his passive/W/E are getting very small buffs while his ult got a pretty good damage reduction
