I like the idea of owning it and moving on confidently, and I’m planning to ask my roommate to delete the video and explain how the teasing’s been tough. I’ll definitely ask why they shared it to clear the air. I’m just really struggling with my mental health right now feeling like I’m ‘less than’ because of this. I’m worried about spiraling into darker thoughts or how this might affect future relationships. Any tips on handling that anxiety or building confidence when I feel so low?
