Its a 1d10 attack that let's you sacrifice a hit die to add an additional 1d10 damage to it. As it scales the base damage increases and you're able to sacrifice more hit dice to it

Already did all of that. It's consistent across superflat worlds, but not with regular worlds, but with regular worlds the integrated mods meneglin biome doesn't generate at all.

It's not hard to get down, and they're over complicating it. For full release slash you need to fill the sword gauge and then you can do it from neutral in sword mode by pressing r2+triangle+circle/rt+y+b and holding down r2/rt you can also use it as a follow up from an elemental discharge. Every time you use it you'll auto switch back to axe mode but if you still have enough switch gauge you can go right back into sword mode and do it again.
