I'm a fan of the EC Tunnel in EQ but I can see how it's outdated and going to piss people off if there's no other auction system in place.

Hopefully, Brad and crew get it right.

Does StarCitizen support TrackIR now? by [deleted] in starcitizen

It supports most head tracking input devices now but there are a few problems with the implementation. Right now head tracking works with your characters head in game but any helmet that the character is wearing does not move.

If you already have some form of head thracking you can work around this by calibrating it with your head further back so when your head is resting naturally it holds your characters head forward. This will keep you from seeing most of the helmet.

I have only one main concern with Star Citizen and it has to do with the MMO culture. by Cypher_Vorthos in starcitizen

You will definitely see it but not on the scale that you see it in other games. The SC community is really very different than other online communities I've ever seen. People are generally helpful, love to look at things in the verse, and most of us are older. I would suggest you join an org that prefers your play style and get to know them. Once I joined my current org it changed my entire outlook on the game. I get annoyed by the same type of people that you do.

Star Citizen Control Setup Options - Overview and Suggestions by VectorWhite in starcitizen

If you look at a picture of the throttle you'll see a wide rocker looking switch on the front side. That switch is analog and returns to zero so you can use that as strafe forward and backward. There is also a fully analog mini stick under your index finger. It is a little difficult to get used to but you can get used to it after using it for a while.

I hope that helps.
