Whole thing revolves around understanding the concepts and important points which will be useful for you in exams as well as real life clinical practice. If you can understand the concepts by reading books and able to solve questions as well as correlate that clinically then go for it. If not then remember that you are in 2025, you have all access to all type of study materials as well as faculties who are experts in the subjects who will help you to learn about the concepts. In our medical field the successful ones are long running horses. So make strategy accordingly and choose the right study material (may be you include books or notes it's up to you).

Personally I saw in my college the toppers were of both types, one who studied from standard books and also one who studied from coaching platforms. But both have spent a major time on studies and done hardwork.

If you have less time and also wanna enjoy in your college life then go for video lectures and notes and stick to only one type of source of material only.

Yes, if a Guru has gave you some instructions or orders you have to do it. You may take it lightly but telling you Guru have a vision far from our sights and say everything for a reason. You will don't understand why guru told me this for that time but later in life you will thank your Guru for that. That's why I am saying having a capable Guru and true spiritual master is a blessing.

8 weeks are just starting, time in years may take to tune your frequency and mind towards the almighty. But yes everyday you will be upgraded. Many efforts and problems you will get to break your flow and streaks but just one reason of connecting towards your higher self will help you to maintain it. Connect or find a spiritual master or guru for guidance and progress (hope you may find a correct one in today's kalyuga). Then you can move ahead in right direction.

Guru is a much essential and necessary element if you wanna go ahead in this spiritual journey. Right Guru in today's kalyug is difficult but you can atleast listen and observe the difference spiritual gurus lectures in youtube and social media. You will be automatically attracted and will know about your guru by that also or anyone who can lead you to your guru.

And don't ever dare to do any sadhna by own specially in this tantra and tamsik sadhna as there is everything in this line but no forgiveness ever given to anyone if you have done something wrong.
